This Privacy Policy describes how SuperChop ("we", "us", or "the App"), developed by saurav.b, handles information when you use our mobile application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.

1. Information We Collect

SuperChop is designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect any personal information. Specifically:

• We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal identifiers.
• We do not collect location data.
• We do not collect device identifiers (IMEI, advertising ID, etc.).
• We do not use analytics or tracking services.
• We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

SuperChop stores the following data locally on your device only using the device's built-in storage (AsyncStorage). This data never leaves your device:

• Player Name: A customizable display name you set within the app.
• Player ID: A randomly generated identifier used solely within the app.
• High Scores: Your top 10 game scores for the local leaderboard.
• Trophy Count: Your accumulated trophies for the progression system.
• Preferences: Game settings such as autoplay mode and sound preferences.

You can delete all of this data at any time by using the "Reset Game Data" option in the app's player profile, or by clearing the app's data/cache through your device's settings, or by uninstalling the app.

3. Third-Party Services

SuperChop does not integrate with any third-party services that collect user data. We do not use:

• Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, or any analytics platform
• Advertising networks or ad SDKs
• Crash reporting services that transmit data externally
• Social media login or sharing SDKs

4. Advertising

SuperChop does not display any advertisements. There are no ad networks or ad SDKs integrated into the app.

5. In-App Purchases

SuperChop does not offer any in-app purchases. All game content is available for free. No payment information is collected or processed by the app.

6. Children's Privacy

SuperChop is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since we do not collect any personal data whatsoever, we are compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations.

7. Internet & Permissions

SuperChop may request the following permissions:

• Internet Access: Required by the underlying framework (Expo/React Native) for development purposes. The production version of the app does not transmit any user data over the internet.

The app functions fully offline. No internet connection is required to play the game.

8. Data Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device and no data is transmitted to external servers, your information is protected by your device's own security measures (screen lock, encryption, etc.). We recommend keeping your device's operating system up to date for the best security.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

10. Your Rights

Since we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data to access, correct, or delete from our systems. All data stored locally on your device is fully under your control and can be deleted at any time through the app or your device settings.
